Man Get Tased After Ramming Police Cruiser
PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – A 41-year-old man wearing only boxer shorts, was arrested after a bizarre encounter with a Pasco deputy that was caught on tape. The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office says Sgt. M. Rosenbloom was driving north on Handcart Road when he came across the scene of what he presumed to be a crash.
Sgt. M. Rosenbloom was patrolling when he approached what he thought was a crash scene, WFLA reported. The video shows a truck, driven by Joseph Pemberton, back up directly into police patrol car. Pemberton, only in boxers, exits his truck and stands in the middle of the street. The truck proceeds into a ditch.

Four children in Pemberton’s car watched as he exited the vehicle and ran into the middle of the road, wearing nothing but his underwear. He’s seen on tape yelling and dancing, and then he decides to charge the deputy, who in response deploys his taser to incapacitate Pemberton.
Rosenbloom deployed his TASER when Pemberton, 41, charged at him while he was attempting to detain him.
“What’s going on with you, man? Why are you acting like this?” asked Sgt. M. Rosenbloom.
“I ran out of the house. I had a revelation, man. Thought nuclear bombs were coming,” said Joseph Pemberton.
Once deputies were able to get Pemberton into custody, they asked why he backed up into the cruiser.
Pemberton was charged with aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer and child neglect. He was transported to Dade City Hospital for medical clearance.
Excellent video of an officer not forcing a confrontation when it isn’t absolutely necessary. Stepping back formulating a plan and a situation that ended peacefully.
This is 50% of the issue facing law enforcement today, drugged out idiots that are irrational and borderline “shoot to neutralize” situations. Save the Blue Line first.
