Pro-Hamas Protests Force Columbia University to Go Remote – Financial Impact Looms, Here’s How The Woke University Will Self-Destruct
Columbia University is moving to “hybrid” instruction on the school’s main Morningside Campus for the remainder of the academic year following a wave of pro-Palestine protests, officials announced Monday.
Hybrid courses blend the in-person classroom experience with virtual components, such as pre-recorded lectures or Zoom discussion sessions. These methods were commonly used as a safety precaution during the COVID-19 pandemic when many campuses deemed it unsafe for classes to regularly meet face-to-face.
Columbia Provost Angela Olinto and Chief Operating Officer Cas Holloway wrote in a notice professors should opt to close out the remaining weeks of the academic calendar virtually whenever possible.
“All faculty whose classrooms are located on the main Morningside campus and equipped with hybrid capabilities should enable them to provide virtual learning options to students who need such a learning modality,” they wrote. “If the class does not permit adapting to the remote offering format, we encourage faculty to provide other accommodations liberally to students who have requested support for virtual learning this week.”
But just as this information surfaced many people wanted to take their money back because there are no Covis measures now!
There are now growing calls for tuition refunds for the $70k a year college now that it has practically turned into an online school.
JUST IN: Columbia University has announced classes will be remote for the rest of the year as anti-Israel protests rock the school.

On Monday, the Columbia Jewish Alumni Association (CJAA), founded in response to the Oct. 7 invasion of Israel, demanded university president Minouche Shafik either “restore order” or “resign.” The association also urged Shafik in a letter to take “immediate and effective action” to protect Jewish students.
Columbia’s announcement also coincides with the beginning of Passover, a major Jewish holiday.
This could impact the university’s economic state and could bring down a lot of universities around our country.
