NEVER-BEFORE-SEEN FOOTAGE: Joe Biden’s ATF Storms Home of Clinton Airport Executive, Killing Him After Suspicious Movement

Bud Cummins, the attorney representing the family of former Clinton National Airport executive Bryan Malinowski, testified before the U.S. House Judiciary Committee Wednesday morning. Bryan Malinowski died as a result of a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) search warrant where he fired at agents.

An affidavit shows Malinowski sold guns at gun shows from his personal collection at a rate the ATF alleged crossed a line for when a private seller is required to get a federal firearms license (FFL). Private sales do not require background checks and is commonly referred to as the gun show loophole where those who cannot legally possess a gun can easily acquire one. Bud Cummins told U.S. House representatives that the line he allegedly crossed is very “murky” and the ATF should have taken less drastic action.

During his testimony, Cummins questioned the legality of the ATF search warrant execution. Among the key questions is whether the ATF announced their presence before entering Malinowski’s residence. The doorbell video provided by Malinowski’s attorney is the only video known of the raid. It shows agents approaching the home and covering the camera. It is now known that agents were not wearing body cameras, which is against ATF policy. However, according to a statement from the Department of Justice, body-worn cameras are a phased implementation for ATF that has not started in Arkansas. The Arkansas attorney also said that there were 57 seconds between when ATF agents covered the lens of the front door camera and when Malinowski was shot in the forehead with retaliatory fire. All of this happened well before sunrise.

We have obtained a never-before-seen-footage of the raids!

March 12, 2024: Joe Biden’s ATF assembles to raid Bryan Malinowski’s home.

They realize he isn’t home and call it off.

March 19, 2024: Agents re-assemble to raid Malinowski’s home.

Realize he’s home. Storm the home.

And kill Malinowski.

We have reported about his brother raising suspicion about how Malinowski was killed!

His brother recounted the events, alleging that agents forcibly entered the home and fatally shot Bryan with a high-caliber rifle, leaving the family confused.

‘The ATF burst into his house in the most dangerous manner possible,’ said the brother. ‘The easiest and most common way to handle this situation would have been to wait until he got in his car, pull him over, and arrest him.

Matthew Malinowski, Bryan’s brother, also told Fox News struggled to find a reason why the ATF targeted his brother. He speculated that his brother may have “brought something he shouldn’t have.”

The brother then told NBC his brother “had no choice but to defend himself” and the official story “stinks to high hell.”

“There’s something fishy here,” Matthew Malinowski said. “The ATF went after him in the worst possible way.”

“There’s no reason why they couldn’t have arrested him at work at the airport, he continued. “Something stinks to high hell.”

The brother further noted his brother was well-connected with senators, earned $253,000 a year, lived in an upper-middle-class suburb, and had collections of guns and coins. Why would he risk this all in a suicidal fight with federal agents?

“He has so much to lose,” Matthew Malinowski said.

The heavily redacted affidavit raised even more suspicion!

While being heavily redacted, the affidavit detailing why the ATF were at his home was unsealed Thursday afternoon.

The search warrant was approved for Bryan Malinowski’s property and vehicle to look for evidence of him breaking federal firearm laws by selling firearms while unlicensed to do so.

The affidavit describes Malinowski purchasing over 150 guns between May 2021 and Feb. 2024, many of them online.

6 of those firearms were found to be involved in crimes, and 3 were bought by undercover ATF agents.

Undercover agents bought firearms from Malinowski who was acting as an unlicensed vendor at a gun show. He did not ask the agents for ID or paperwork, and told them he sells at gun shows in Benton, Conway, and a music hall in Memphis.
