- Three Cups strawberries
- One Cup blueberries
- One Cup raspberries
- One Cup of Greek yogurt
- One Tablespoon protein powder with vanilla flavor
- One Tablespoon cinnamon
- One Tablespoon lemon juice
All these ingredients put them in a blender and mix until the mixture becomes creamy and homologies, and optionally add a little honey.
