Video Shows NJ Transit Driver Getting Stomped By A Gang Of Teens Before He Pulled A Gun On Them – Now He’s Is Going To Jail
An NJ Transit bus driver from Staten Island charged with shooting a 15-year-old Saturday in Jersey City allegedly fired his gun after being jumped by a group of teens, video shows.
The driver, 48-year-old Charles Fieros, has been charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a handgun, and two other weapons charges which include unlawful possession of multiple extended magazines and receiving stolen property.
A 9-second video posted to social media shows a group of teens kicking the bus driver next to the double-parked bus as a person begs them to stop.
The cause of the assault and the gunfire is still being investigated by police, NJ.com reported.
The violence unfolded at around 9:45 p.m. when three teenage males allegedly roughed up Fieros while he was standing outside a bus. Fieros then “retrieved” a black Glock 19 handgun and shot at the group of males, striking a 15-year-old male three times in the abdomen, a spokeswoman for the Jersey City Police Department stated this week.

Police later learned that the weapon was reported stolen in Norfolk, Virginia, the complaint said.
An extensive background check on Fieros had apparently come back clean, according to his company.
#freethebusdriver was trending all over the internet after the shooting but it won’t help him because he owned that gun illegally.
He is going to jail for sure, that illegal gun might have saved his life but if he was a Second Amendment supporter he wouldn’t even find himself in a situation like this!

This isn’t the highest paid position and it’s not worth an ‘extensive’ check, at all.
Yet, the 2nd Amendment states “shall not be INFRINGED.” That word means, the government CANNOT put any rule in place which infringes the right of man to carry lethal weapons for self defense. PERIOD.
This guy may have had all that ‘illegal’ weaponry, but, the laws that make them illegal are UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
The last sentence in the article does not make a lick of sense. The Second Amendment tells the world at large that as an American Citizen you have every right to own a fire arm and to be able to use it in self defense, defending your family and property and defending the country from invasion and against any Tyrannical Government. Oh and he might not have know that the pistol was stolen.
If you use a gun to protect yourself you’d better make sure it’s legal and all the I’s are dotted and all the T’s are crossed because their ‘law’ WILL be coming after YOU.
