Twitter Audit: CNN Has 17 MILLION Fake Twitter Followers
Nowadays, things go from bad to worse for CNN. According to a recent Twitter Audit, more than 17 million of CNN’s Twitter followers have been determined to be “fake.” That’s a full 48 percent of all of CNN’s followers and this means that CNN is finally leader at something- leader of fake Twitter followers.
They’re not called “fake news” for nothing. The left is all about appearances, not truth or accountability.
Is anybody really surprised by this? After all, who else would follow the fake news? Fake followers, of course.
It is time for the fake news media to go bye bye. Drain the swamp. Nothing but a distraction to making this country great.
Twitter Audit calculates the quality and score of real and fake followers by taking “a sample of up to 5000 (or more if you subscribe to Pro) Twitter followers for a user and calculates a score for each follower. This score is based on a number of tweets, date of the last tweet, and a ratio of followers to friends.”
TwitterAudit states that these results are not definitive but the calculations can determine whether a Twitter account obtained followers legitimately.
The calculations, in fact, provide insight into whether or not a Twitter account gained followers through illegitimate means: “We use these scores to determine whether any given user is real or fake. Of course, this scoring method is not perfect but it is a good way to tell if someone with lots of followers is likely to have increased their follower count by inorganic, fraudulent, or dishonest means.”
There we go again. They just keep getting lower and lower!! Their fake make-up is melting slowly but surely. This time tweeter followers.
