Before she went on her first trip abroad as a first lady Melania Trump announced that she will address U.S. military families during the trip abroad. She said that she will engage with foreign women and children and deliver remarks to U.S. military families and personnel when she joins President Donald Trump on his first trip abroad as commander in chief.

As we all know, the Trump family is very dedicated to improve our troop’s life. Even one of Trump’s biggest campaign promises was to boost the budget planned for our military. And so far, the President and our first lady are doing so much for our military.

At around 5 this morning the US president Donald Trump and his wife Melania landed in Sicily for the G7. As we read on the Facebook page of the Press of the American base, this is’ the first foreign visit of the American president since he took office.

Today Melania Trump surprised part of our troops stationed in Sicily with a thank you message on her Instagram profile:

Thank you to the @usarmy 1-214th Aviation Regiment for getting me & my staff to our mtgs safely today! #Italy (Instagram link below)

God bless our military men and women. They had the pleasure of being with the FLOTUS. Lucky guys
