Illinois and Pennsylvania Accused of Flouting Election Laws – Here’s What’s Happening 13 Days After Election Day

Nearly two weeks after Election Day, ballots are still being counted in key states like Illinois and Pennsylvania, raising serious questions about election integrity and the blatant disregard for established rules.

In Chicago, Illinois, newly tallied ballots continue to narrow former President Donald Trump’s popular vote lead. In today’s count alone, 21,028 votes went to Kamala Harris compared to just 2,550 for Trump. Observers note that these late-breaking votes suspiciously favor Democrats, fueling speculation that the prolonged counting is designed to shift the narrative around Trump’s popular vote victory.

The situation in Pennsylvania is even more concerning. Despite a Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling that mail ballots missing required signatures or dates are invalid, Democratic officials in Philadelphia, Bucks, Centre, and Montgomery counties are blatantly defying the order.

Bucks County Commissioner Diane Ellis-Marseglia, a Democrat, dismissed the court’s ruling, claiming, “I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country.” Her comments came as she joined other Democrats in rejecting a GOP-led challenge to disqualify improperly filled-out ballots.

Critics argue that these actions amount to undermining the rule of law. “This is a Venezuelan-style election at this point,” one commentator remarked. Calls for accountability are growing louder, with some demanding arrests for those ignoring legal precedent.

This drawn-out process highlights the dangers of the Left’s push to normalize delays and disregard established election rules. While the outcome may not shift the Electoral College results, it provides fuel for Democrats’ ongoing crusade to abolish the system entirely.

Will election laws ever be enforced, or are we witnessing the erosion of democracy in real time?
