Celebrities Call For A Month-Long Protest To Stop President-Elect Donald Trump

Donald Trump’s Inauguration as the 45th President of United of States of America will be on January 20, 2017, Friday and it will take place in Washington D.C.

It will also be the Inauguration of Mike Pence as the 48th Vice President of America.

There will be several inauguration-related events such as concert, but rumors broke that Inauguration’s organizer is having a problem securing a top celebrity to perform at his inauguration. There are even a lot of planned protests, including the “We the People” concert organize by a concert promoter, Mark Ross.

Rosie O’Donnell, Debra Messing, Ed Asner and Michael Shannon are among the dozens of artists, entertainers, and activists who have attached their names to an effort calling for a month-long protest to stop President-elect Donald Trump. “No! In the Name of Humanity We Refuse to Accept a Fascist America!” reads a full-page ad placed in the New York Times on Wednesday by the group Refuse Racism. “Donald Trump, the President-elect, is assembling a regime of grave danger,” the ad says. “Millions of people in the US and around the world are filled with deep anxiety, fear, and disgust. Our anguish is right and just. Our anger must now become massive resistance – before Donald Trump is inaugurated and has the full reins of power in his hands.”

Other Hollywood celebrities who have also joined the campaign, however, are calling for an all-out strike that would span the entire movie industry in the hopes that such a move would urge the President-elect to resign from his position as the newly elected President of the United States. “We’re calling for a general strike that would include every single person involved in making motion pictures in Hollywood, starting with the actors and celebrities themselves and encompassing companies in charge of making props, movie memorabilia and even souvenir shops,” a spokesperson for the Refuse Racism group told The New York Times. “It’s about time people understood that we’re the ones with the power and that the president is there to serve us, not the other way around.”

It’s time to start a “Hollywood Blacklist” and BOYCOTT their movies, films, shows, events, etc.

Once they realize the Deplorables’ angst at their prima-donna temper tantrums hit THEIR POCKETS, many of them will shut up.

Of course, the BOTTOM FEEDERS who PREY on the weak-minded will continue, but haven’t most of them promised to LEAVE the USA?

At what point is a celeb’s network of media people considered a Political Action Committee and subject to those same rules? Public disclosures, inspections, and apparently the IRS can harass you if you don’t agree with the Administration, right LERNER? LOL

It’s also time to ELIMINATE all PASSES on DRUG use, DUIs, LEWD in public behavior, etc for all celebs. Let them live in our world for a while before they try to manipulate us. Let them see what it is like when their “FAME PRIVILEGE” is revoked.

WE hold the purse strings. It’s as simple as closing your wallets and deciding to do something else instead of going to that movie.

The depth’s to which Our Country has lowered itself to have been gravely illuminated by these Folks…. It needs to be shown, it needs to be seen for what it is. They haven’t left for Canada. They should’ve been actually been leaving for Mexico, either !but they haven’t departed for that either! In World War 2, Hollywood made a tremendous difference and carried with it a Great Relevancy. War Bond drives, actual visits to all of the Combat OperationTheatres to entertain War Weary Troops, You name it, they did it….

The Beautiful People of this era of Hollywood Entertainment urinate on the Grave of Bob Hope and All of the relevant Actors of his day. Keep supporting them by paying them, and they’ll keep acting as they do!

I agree that everyone who supports and wants to see Donald Trump President-Elect to be able to be inaugurated before you stupid democratic and so called actors demonstrate against who the majority of the people voted for. You need to grow up and except President Trump, just like we had to except Satins son Barry Barack Obama, when he was shoved down our throats. We need to all boycott every movie, tv show and news station until you all get real.

I think a 4 year protest against these “celebrities” should take place. Hit them in the wallet. I bet they change their tune. I don’t care about their opinion or what they do.

This doesn’t intimidate me in the least. Let them boycott. They aren’t that important. Their job is to entertain us. Without us, they are nothing. So go ahead Hollywood. Throw your tantrum. Don’t care.

I have a short list… but it would be great if someone could put together a list of these idiots, so we could double check before paying out our hard earned cash for one of their songs or movies.

I don’t like the word boycott, so what if all of us “Deplorables” abstain from going to movies, plays, and concerts, for one year. The exception would be entertainers similar to Clint Eastwood, Mel Gibson and others who do not represent or support the hateful right wing activists.

This will send the message, we conservatives can make a stand, and our stand can have repercussions on your industry!

Good, go on strike, don’t appear anywhere, show us you will. And when you’re not working, try going to the food store, making your own dinner from scratch, do the laundry, balance the checkbook, clean the house – and then perhaps you’ll have an understanding of what the rest of Americans are doing day in and out because they are certainly not going to gala dinners in designer dresses walking the red carpet. it will help you relate a little bit.

Let them strike, they think they are more important than they are. Please do strike. Real families and true Americans can get back to basics, like family game night and talking. That is worth more than gold. Those so called actors are mear tinsel, if that. I’m all for those idiots sticking. Bring it, family first!

First they threaten to move if Mr. Trump is elected… like that was going to sway any votes! I’m sure that encouraged some people on the fence who decided to cast their vote for him in hopes we could clean up some rubbish coming from the “entertainment” industry. Now they think that if they don’t “work” and produce their rubbish for us to consume, that that is going to make the President-Elect crumble and step down… before he’s even the President! I am in full agreement of a boycott of Hollywood, the music industry and the lame-stream media. I have been boycotting them for a couple of years now. I don’t watch non-reality shows or any of the other programming. I’ve only been to 2 movies, “Hillary’s America” and “Hacksaw Ridge”, in the past 3 years. I have’t bought any new CD’s or such for years. I REFUSE TO SPEND MY MONEY TO PROMOTE THEIR LAVISH LIFESTYLES. I have’t missed it at all. I read more, I have hobbies and I listen to talk radio and informative, political and interesting videos on YouTube. The time wasted in front of the tube or the money wasted on movies and concerts makes a nice savings for doing something fun … like a vacation.

I hope ms Streep has put away enough money to get by during our boycott of her movies! Same for others! This is my Country and I’ll do whatever it takes to preserve that honor
There are plenty of books already written, sports events to see, spending time cooking and talking to families, etc. I don’t watch movies or tv much. We can learn to do without them. If meryl waits on me to see her movies, she’ll starve! She was way out of line using that platform for her personal views! No one cares about her hobbies, interests or political views ! She should have stayed on track with the awards show. Sounds like she couldn’t care less about the “Cecil B Demile” award!

You notice that they don’t give a rip about the little people in their industry that don’t have mega bucks to live off of lets just stop making movies and all the poor staffers are just screwed. I don’t think that they realize that we have other means to entertain ourselves we don’t need them. They need us. And we really don’t care if they want to strike. They need to ask the NFL what happens when the people decide to boycott. Hasn’t worked out so well for them.

I imagine that if they aren’t available for movies etc., it will give more young and wanna be actors the opportunity to get good roles. There are more wanting in the profession than the libs that are ranting on. Movies are going to be made with or without them.

Won’t last long. I have been looking elsewhere for entertainment in the last few years. Some great movies being made in New Zealand and in other parts of the world. I found that I wasn’t enjoying the same tired old formulas that American movies have become. As soon as they will realize that they are biting the hand that feeds them. The whole thing is nonsense. So tired of immature people!

Not much of a loss if they quit making movies. I’ve seen very few good ones lately. I wonder will they also stop making TV appearances so we don’t have to look at them at all? There are more than a few that will be doing us a favor not to look at them. Rosie and Whoopie are clock stoppers.

Be nice to have a DVR that could omit any appearances of these celebrities from movies or TV shows. I’d have a long list. Pretty much why I now watch My TV for the old ones or just surf Youtube for new REAL stars like US.

Yep I’m boycotting their movies and music. Maybe for 4 years or perhaps for life. We have our own Hollywood in the South where movies and music are made called Atlanta Georgia. We also have Nashville for the best in Country Music. We also have the most beautiful Beaches in the South which is Florida! We don’t need California and their Liberal crap. Who the Hell needs Hollywood? If Celebrities want to entertain and keep their job, they better Shut their dam trap.

We will also boycott ALL those who oppose our president. Trust me Beyoncee has never received a penny of our hard earned money and never will. Same goes for George Lopez, Whoopie G, Ashley Judd, Madonna , etc…. I have a strong will and I will be DAMNED I give them any of my hard earned money!!!! Not worth my time nor my money!!!!

Boycott all their movies, let them starve for attention and see where they go from here. No money will kill them all for they cannot survive without our support.
