In response, Border Czar Tom Homan addressed Murphy’s remarks during an appearance on “Hannity.” Homan emphasized that knowingly harboring and concealing an illegal alien violates federal law under Title 8, U.S. Code § 1324. He stated, “If he’s knowingly harboring and concealing an illegal alien, that’s a violation… I will seek prosecution.”
