After watching the video, many voiced their opinions, pointing out that the shadow might be from a plane above the clouds, rather than a UFO.
Possible explanation:
The said UFO was actually a shadow of an aircraft flying above the clouds, during the eclipse. However, what made the otherwise perfectly normal aircraft shadow eerie, was that it seemingly disappeared into the clouds.
