Texan Helping Texan! What Pizza Hut Employees Did For Harvey Victims Will Make You Cry Tears Of Joy
Sometimes it takes a tragedy to bring people together unfortunately or at-least prove there is still plenty of good in many people’s hearts.
After the storm of “epic proportions” torn Texas, a lot of people and companies joined and did their best in an effort to help all these people in need. But, one pizza company in Texas made a special delivery for Harvey Victims. Employees of a Pizza Hut on West Airport in West Houston delivered pizzas by kayak to those trapped by the storms.
Pizza Hut tweeted at the Houston area franchise – “THANK YOU to our Oak Lake Pizza Hut team for their out-of-the-car response to deliver hots pizzas all day to the community they serve.”

“We are so proud of our team for seeing a need, stepping up and helping the community in a time of devastation,” Pizza Hut franchisee James Bodenstedt said.
Shayda Habib, the manager told the Houston Chronicle that they were able to deliver 120 pizzas on Tuesday and plan to continue until they run out of food. She also added that she plans on delivering more pizzas on Thursday or until the store runs out of food to deliver.
Well done Pizza Hut! So happy to hear of big corporations helping during this awful time for Texas. This is what we are about! No politics! Just people of every race and creed helping each other. Bless them all.
This is what everyone should do. Come together and help one another. This is a time that we need to all unite together in whatever way that we can help. We are all Americans!
