According to world-renowned psychiatrist, Keith Ablow President Donald Trump is “crazy like a fox.” (video below)
“You can’t run a multinational corporation, enjoy the respect, and love of your children, and your wife, and recruit to your administration, which by the way, you happen to be occupying, because you defeated 16 Republican primary opponents, and the heir-apparent to the Democratic administration, and then be called unbalanced. He’s quite balanced! He’s achieving things no one else has achieved. That doesn’t mean he’s usual, he can be extraordinary, and he can have a very different approach but to call him crazy, would be well, craziness you know?
Meanwhile many others psychiatrists and psychologists are scrambling to discover exactly what makes President Donald Trump tick.
According to Stat News, getting inside Donald Trump’s mind is proving rather difficult for most mental health experts.
Stat interviewed ten psychiatrists and psychologists, some of which are Trump supporters and some of which are not, and asked them to analyze the president’s behavior and what it might say about his personality and mental health. All ten psychiatrists and psychologists are respected in their field and close observers of Trump.
They based their views on his books, public statements, appearances, and tweets, but emphasized that they have no firsthand knowledge of Trump.
Dr. Robert Pyles, a Massachusetts psychiatrist, and Trump supporter said the president’s behavior is within the normal range: “My liberal colleagues feel frightened and betrayed, so they go to this hysterical extreme of saying Trump has narcissistic tendencies, but what political leader doesn’t?”
Dr. Allen Frances, a professor emeritus of psychiatry at Duke University: Trump doesn’t meet DSM criteria…I wrote the criteria and should know how they are meant to be applied: Personality disorder requires the presence of clinically significant distress and/or impairment. The armchair, amateur diagnosticians seem either to be unaware of this requirement or carelessly choose to ignore it.”
Psychiatrist Dr. Matthew Goldenberg, of Yale University, who is critical of Trump said: “Publicly observed behaviors are important data but only a piece of the puzzle. A person acting in a certain way – for example, overly aggrieved – may do so because they are legitimately aggrieved, which may seem reasonable or may be a reflection of underlying vulnerability to offense. But he or she may do so not as a reflection of true feelings but in order to achieve certain goals, such as sympathy or political advantage.”
Experts doubt that Trump will change: At age 70, he is likely set in his ways, and his behavior has brought him huge success.
Keith Ablow said it perfectly!! It really takes an intelligent person to know the President is more than capable of doing his job!
It is nice to have a genius patriotic president in the oval office for a change. Trump thinks outside the box that’s why all of Trump’s accomplishments are extraordinary! Not many people do this in a lifetime!!!
Keep up the good work President Trump!
