Chilling Note From UnitedHealthcare CEO’s Assassin – Luigi Mangione’s Manifesto Leaked (Screenshots)

In a stunning turn, journalist Ken Klippenstein has obtained what he claims is the authentic manifesto of Luigi Mangione, the suspected killer of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. While major media outlets like The New York Times, CNN, and ABC are in possession of the document, they have opted not to publish it. Klippenstein reached out to these organizations for an explanation but received no responses, leaving questions about why they are withholding the manifesto while selectively quoting from it.

Here’s the full text of Mangione’s manifesto, as published by Klippenstein:

“To the Feds, I’ll keep this short, because I do respect what you do for our country. To save you a lengthy investigation, I state plainly that I wasn’t working with anyone. This was fairly trivial: some elementary social engineering, basic CAD, a lot of patience. The spiral notebook, if present, has some straggling notes and To Do lists that illuminate the gist of it. My tech is pretty locked down because I work in engineering so probably not much info there. I do apologize for any strife or traumas but it had to be done. Frankly, these parasites simply had it coming. A reminder: the US has the #1 most expensive healthcare system in the world, yet we rank roughly #42 in life expectancy. United is the [indecipherable] largest company in the US by market cap, behind only Apple, Google, Walmart. It has grown and grown, but as our life expectancy? No the reality is, these [indecipherable] have simply gotten too powerful, and they continue to abuse our country for immense profit because the American public has allowed them to get away with it. Obviously, the problem is more complex, but I do not have space, and frankly, I do not pretend to be the most qualified person to lay out the full argument. But many have illuminated the corruption and greed (e.g.: Rosenthal, Moore), decades ago and the problems simply remain. It is not an issue of awareness at this point, but clearly power games at play. Evidently I am the first to face it with such brutal honesty.”

The manifesto reveals Mangione’s apparent grievances with the healthcare system and corporate America, accusing UnitedHealthcare of prioritizing profit over public well-being. He frames his actions as an extreme response to what he views as unchecked corruption and systemic greed.

The decision of major outlets to withhold the full document raises pressing concerns about transparency in journalism. Klippenstein criticized this trend, stating that selective disclosure allows these organizations to control the narrative, rather than letting the public judge the content for themselves.

This manifesto adds a chilling dimension to the case and underscores the need for an open discussion about corporate accountability, media responsibility, and the implications of such extreme actions in the face of systemic issues.

Stay tuned for further developments in this controversial case.

Jesus Christ, this note is NOT CHILLING, it’s hits the nail on the head, it’s what’s going on to MILLIONS and the very same insurance horrors you decry, the very same unethical murderous conduct the American legal system SUPPORTED FOR DECADES, and now his brilliant articulation causes you shills to call this “chilling”. What’s chilling is YOUR hypocrisy. He’s right, somethimes unfortunately, there’s a need for the most extreme of measures, even Buddism calls for that.

“Angry mobs with flaming pitchforks are the only language demented despots understand. It has always been this way throughout history.”

Wake up. Get right with we the people.

So we can get this guy’s manifesto in one day and we had to jump through hoops to get the one from the transgender school shooter. Wonder how long we would have had to wait if this guy was transgender?
