A White Lady Was Just Set on Fire by a Black Felon with 49 Prior Arrestes in Chicago – The Bystanders’ Reaction Is Even Worse Than Our Judicial System! (Video)
Picture this: a 26-year-old woman, just trying to get home on a Chicago Blue Line train, suddenly doused with gasoline and set ablaze by a complete stranger. She rolls around in agony, flames licking her clothes, desperate to put it out—while the passengers around her… do nothing. Not one person jumps in to help until she stumbles onto the platform, where two good Samaritans finally extinguish the fire. This nightmare unfolded Monday night, November 17, 2025, near the Clark and Lake stop in the Loop, and the attacker? Lawrence Reed, a 50-year-old felon with 49 prior arrests, including violent crimes and drug offenses. He’s now charged with domestic terrorism, a federal count of violence against mass transportation. U.S. Attorney Andrew Boutros called it a “brutal and vicious attack,” with surveillance footage so disturbing it’s hard to watch.

Reed, who has no known ties to the victim, lit her up during an argument, and as she fought the flames, the crowd scattered or just stared. Witnesses told WLS-TV that she was “struggling” while others “got out of the way.” ATF Special Agent Christopher Amon nailed the outrage: “Reed had plenty of second chances by the criminal justice system… As a result, you have an innocent victim in the hospital fighting for her life.”

The victim remains in critical condition, and it’s gut-wrenching to think how different this could’ve been if bystanders had acted sooner.
But the bystander inaction? It’s even worse than the revolving-door justice that let Reed walk free despite his rap sheet. Chicago’s under Dem control, where soft-on-crime policies mean felons get endless passes while victims pay the price. Reed’s history should’ve landed him behind bars for life—assaults, drugs, you name it—but instead, he’s on the streets, terrorizing innocents. The city’s CTA trains are a powder keg, with assaults up 20% this year, and this is the result: a woman fighting for life because no one had the guts to step up.
The left loves to virtue-signal about “community,” but when it counts, crickets. This is why we need real change—lock up repeat offenders, empower citizens to act, and stop the madness. Pray for the victim; her strength is inspiring.

I’m shrewd, passionate, learned and energetic, God-fearing and patriotic. I’ve done a fine job reintroducing good old American conservatism to a new generation of Americans. I’ve earned the love and friendship of many, the hatred of some, but the respect of all.

Imagine if the perpetrator was white and the victim was black.
Black judges don’t like jailing black thugs.
Sure, glad they have all that “gun control’ in Chicago so no one can protect themselves from animals like this. That perp should be suffering in the ground with several “holey” things in his clothes.
And should this poor young woman survive, her life has been irrevocably altered. Not only by the trauma, but by the horrific burn scars. The animal that did this to her deserves nothing short of the death penalty.
The perp should experience the same fate.
My thoughts? That disgusting person should never see the inside of a court room. Smoke it, very publicly and let its pals scoop it out of the gutter for disposal. Anybody tries to stop you? Kill them, too. This doesn’t stop, nor even slow down until the behavior is not survivable.
