FAFO in D.C.: Four Youths Attempt to Carjack a Marine Veteran at Gunpoint — Get a Brutal Rude Awakening (Video)
Four young thugs in the D.C. area picked the wrong guy to mess with.
A Marine veteran named Jheyco Borda was working on his vehicle near Oxon Hill High School in Maryland when four teenagers approached him on the sidewalk. One pulled a gun and pointed it at Borda’s head, demanding his car keys and phone.
They picked the wrong Marine.
Borda immediately went into action. Using his training, he grabbed the gunman and wrestled for the weapon. Two of the other youths took off running down the street. The fourth one froze and started wandering around the truck nervously.
Borda’s brother then ran out of the house to help. Together, the two brothers fought and subdued the remaining two suspects until Prince George’s County police arrived. A shot was fired during the struggle, but nobody was hit.
All four suspects are now in jail.

Borda later told FOX 5 DC that his Marine Corps hand-to-hand combat training kicked in at exactly the right moment.
“Once a Marine, always a Marine,” he said. “It took me just one split second. We went to training for the Marines, and that came out right at the moment.”
This is the kind of outcome more criminals need to face. These four thought they were going to carjack an easy target. Instead, they got a brutal reminder that not every victim is helpless — and that some people still know how to fight back.
The veteran didn’t wait for someone else to save him. He used the skills he was trained with and turned the tables on armed attackers. That’s exactly how it should be.
These four are now sitting in jail where they belong. Hopefully, this serves as a strong warning to anyone else thinking about pulling a gun on an innocent person in the D.C. area.
