BREAKING HORROR: Paroled Criminal’s Rampage Mirrors Zarutska Case – Stabbed Elderly Couple and Set Bodies on Fire

Another tragedy is unfolding in America’s crime-ravaged cities — and just like in the heartbreaking case of Iryna Zarutska, it was 100% preventable.

Police say 42-year-old Jamel McGriff, a Level 3 registered sex offender with a 30-year violent criminal history, is now the prime suspect in one of the most gruesome crimes of the year. Authorities believe McGriff brutally stabbed an elderly couple before setting their bodies on fire to cover up the murders.

And here’s the kicker: McGriff should have been locked up. Instead, he was released on parole despite a record littered with robberies, assaults, and sexual offenses. He had served just 16 years of a sentence for a 2006 first-degree robbery.

Since his release, McGriff has already been tied to two robberies in Manhattan in July and an attempted Midtown robbery on August 31. Now, investigators believe he has graduated to a horrific double murder.

Police warn that McGriff is armed and extremely dangerous. He was last seen in the Bronx earlier today, reportedly pawning two stolen cell phones.

This story is yet another glaring example of how pro-criminal policies are destroying lives across America. Just like the Zarutska case, this blood is on the hands of politicians, judges, and parole boards that continue to let repeat offenders back on the streets.
