Video: 5 Cops Burst Into A Man’s House To Arrest Him For Piercing His Son’s Ear Without A License
Police in Arkansas were caught on camera barging into a family home to arrest the father – after he pierced his son’s ears.
Jeremy Sherland, 45, of Tontitown, is seen on the viral video scoffing and laughing as five police officers arrest him inside his home, while his wife and son protest.
Sherland is heard saying: ‘Body art without a license!’ His son, who films the encounter, yells at the police at one point: ‘I wanted my ears pierced!’

Police said they were contacted by a resource officer at Springdale Public Schools who was concerned about the teen’s welfare when he showed up at school with a piercing in one ear. He told fellow students his dad had been drunk when he “put him in a choke hold and shoved the piercing in his ear,” police said in a press release.
Police went to the home of Jeremy Sherland, the father of the teen, to question him about what happened. While he admitted piercing his son’s ear, he refused to answer more questions or let police talk to his son, the department said. They left and came back with an arrest warrant.
Sherland was released from the Washington County jail on Saturday after posting a $1,500 bond and is now facing several complaints which include obstruction of a government operation, resisting arrest and endangering the welfare of a child.
Meanwhile, around the corner, a Walmart was probably being looted and trashed.

This petty shit has got to stop. Five officers to arrest a guy for an ear piercing. But they won’t do anything about cocksuckers burning down entire cities.
Fuck these cops. Next time BLM or Antifa riot, I won’t run to help these motherfucking marxists-in-blue when they’re bleeding out from the crimes of their criminal comrades.
I wouldn’t piss on them if any of these officers were on fire. And they deserve to be on fire.

When they resisted the demands of the attempt to divert them toward enforcers of health edicts, I had respect for those that refused to do it. Those that are simple jackboots, are thugs with a badge. That profession attracts that type of person.
Utter contempt for those ‘just making their paycheck.’
And now, I am in full support of police reform. No one in a position of power should be wielding it over people they do not know and do not care about. Every city-council controlled LEO should be FROM that community and know, personally, many people in that community.
Because, the areas where the LEOs know the people, the people are not treated as killers first, and people second.
It’s why the law says “jury of their peers,” so that there an assortment of people with sympathies and suspicions from just living near that person, but no real bias. And everyone in the room knows it.
At this point, I don’t believe there is any need for any government above a local level, except a Federal Level Border, and interstate tribunal, and Diplomat Function. Everything else should be at State level, most especially, the oversight of any unowned land. NO land should be owned by any government, except for the capital complex itself. The rest should be managed by the state for the people with no legal usage by the government of that land. And no non-citizen should own any land within this nation’s borders. Period. Lease? Sure. Own? NO.
Either this land is the people’s land, or it’s not. Quit telling people they are ‘free’ and then locking them down to poverty level, like this administration is actively doing. And every LEO in the nation seems to be complicit in the same direction. This is unsustainable in the midst of a physical invasion. Also the fault, directly and overtly, of this administration.
I don’t say Biden, because he’s not really there.
