Donald Tump Will Get To Assign 103 NEW Federal Court Judges Effective Immediately!
America has a very big 4 years ahead of us, however, Donald Trump was just given a HUGE boost to solving our issues.
When he takes office, he will get to assign 103 NEW Federal court judges effective IMMEDIATELY!
This number dwarfs the measly 54 spots Obama assigned in 2008 which the Democrats were celebrating as a “big win”.
Of course, the biggest judicial win of all will be Donald Trump’s potential FOUR Supreme Court appointees. Now, I say FOUR because Antonin Scalia’s spot is not the only one up for grabs necessarily.
There have long been rumors that Supreme Court Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer and Anthony Kennedy are all set to retire in the near future, although don’t be surprised if they try and hold on just to fight Trump.
Look, Liberals have muddied up the Supreme Court, plain-and-simple. The Supreme Court exists for ONE purpose and that is to determine the Constitutionality of Laws, not to make them up using their inherent powers. (H/T – Daily Mail)
While there is no guarantee that the next guy to fill the spot won’t have an agenda, we NEED a more balanced court than we had under Obama or America will crumble. Thanks to Donald Trump, we now have a fighting chance.
