Dem Civil War: Fetterman Shreds AOC Over CR Fight – ‘Not Pretty’ Doesn’t Even Begin to Cover It!
The Democratic Party’s imploding, and Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) just dropped a nuclear bomb on Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), exposing the left’s chaos in a fight over the House GOP’s continuing resolution (CR). After Ocasio-Cortez melted down on X, calling Senate Dems voting for the CR—keeping the government open—a “betrayal” of House Dems who opposed it!

Fetterman fired back with ice-cold precision. Speaking to The Hill on Friday, he dismissed AOC’s outrage with, “I hope you can relay how little I care about her views on this.” Ouch. He doubled down, asking, “What’s the exit plan once we shut the government down? What about all the millions of Americans who are going to have their lives damaged? What about the ones that won’t have any paycheck? She’ll have her paycheck, though.” Tell us how you really feel, John—that’s a mic drop on AOC’s performative nonsense.
This isn’t just a spat—it’s a civil war exposing the Dems’ rot. AOC’s tantrum, pushing for a shutdown to spite Trump, ignored the millions of workers hurt, as the CR passed the Senate 60-37, per AP News. Fetterman’s right: AOC’s insulated, with her paycheck safe, treating this as an academic game while real people suffer. Unnamed House Dems even urged her to primary Schumer, per Politico, but Fetterman’s smackdown nails why Dems are losing—obsessed with hating Trump, going further left, and grandstanding, not governing. Their polling’s tanked, they lost the popular vote, and more Americans now identify as Republican, per Gallup, because voters see the truth: Dems don’t care about America, just AOC’s base.

I’m shrewd, passionate, learned and energetic, God-fearing and patriotic. I’ve done a fine job reintroducing good old American conservatism to a new generation of Americans. I’ve earned the love and friendship of many, the hatred of some, but the respect of all.
It’s a sad state of affairs when the likes of John Fedderman is the voice of reason, and maturity in the Democrat party.
