Cher Latest Tweet: “DEMS, The“Merrick Garland” SHIP HAS SAILED

Several moderate Democrats have spoken out against the filibuster, and even a few flaming liberals have indicated they aren’t happy with it, including the famous singer, Cher. The Democrats are in crisis mode. They realize that they have zero power to stop Gorsuch’s confirmation. And for anyone watching the confirmation hearings, you have to accept that he’s the most qualified human on the planet. He handled Al Franken and Co. with aplomb. He has virtually no scandal or controversy attached to him. He is the future of the court.

On Tuesday, the 70-year-old singer, who rarely says anything positive about the president, told senators who have threatened to filibuster Gorsuch’s nomination that their tantrum is making them look desperate.

“DEMS, The“Merrick Garland” SHIP HAS SAILED. Let It Go…OR….Do You Want Some (cheese) To Go With Your WHINE. This Tantrum Wreaks (sic) Of Desperation,” Cher wrote.

We probably shouldn’t interpret this tweet as any sort of softening of Cher’s attitude toward Trump. Whenever she tweets about Trump she uses the toilet emoji instead of his actual name.

Just days before, the singer compared Richard Nixon to Trump, saying the president was more “corrupt.”

This is just Cher saving face because she has realized she acted like a buffoon inciting violent “protests” and the removal of the democratic system that elects our president. In the end, she feels the same kind of desperation over Neil Gorsuch being a nominee simply because it came from the Trump admin, she just won’t say it like most of the left is doing now.
