BREAKING: ICE Agent Who Shot Renee Good Suffered Serious Injuries – Two U.S. Officials Confirm It Was No “Fridge Bump”! (Video)

The narrative from the left that the Minneapolis ICE shooting was an overreaction by a trigger-happy agent is falling apart fast. Two U.S. officials briefed on the matter have confirmed that ICE officer Jonathan Ross suffered internal bleeding to the torso after Renee Good allegedly slammed her vehicle into him during the January 7, 2026, deportation operation. The extent of the bleeding remains unclear, but it was serious enough to require hospital treatment. DHS confirmed Ross was taken to the hospital, with Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem stating he was recovering from injuries sustained when Good hit him. “The officer was hit by the vehicle. She hit him. He went to the hospital. A doctor did treat him.” Noem told reporters on January 7.

In a bizarre twist of irony, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey—whose administration has repeatedly downplayed ICE operations and called them “kidnapping”—once dismissed a similar incident involving his own physical altercation as a mere “fridge bump.”Frey claimed he was accidentally struck and the hit was similar like hit  by a refrigerator door. Critics quickly pointed out the hypocrisy: when an ICE agent suffers internal bleeding from being deliberately rammed by a vehicle, it’s serious enough to land him in the hospital, yet Frey’s own minor injury was brushed off as trivial. The contrast couldn’t be clearer—one is a public servant doing his job and paying the price, the other a politician who prefers to minimize threats while fueling the very chaos that endangers lives.

This isn’t the first time Ross has been seriously injured in the line of duty. In June 2025, he was dragged hundreds of feet by an illegal alien convicted of child sexual abuse, Roberto Carlos Munoz, when his arm became trapped in the window. That incident required 33 stitches and hospital care. U.S. Border Patrol Commander Gregory Bovino told CBS News on Sunday that Ross “has had several threats against his life,” adding, “he’s in a safe location. He’s recovering from those injuries, and we’re thankful that he’s recovering.”

The left’s “fridge bump” or “minor accident” spin? Completely debunked. Good’s actions were aggressive—impeding ops, blocking vehicles, then ramming an officer—leading to the defensive shooting. Videos show her obstructing all day, part of the “Ice Watch” network trained to harass agents. DHS called it an “act of domestic terrorism.” Ross, a 10-year veteran, acted to protect himself and fellow officers.

This is the direct result of escalating violence against ICE—1,300% increase in assaults, 8,000% in death threats—fueled by sanctuary politicians like Frey and Walz. The left cries “excessive force,” but agents are targets because they do their job. Trump’s crackdown is long overdue; Ross deserves praise, not smears.

Pray for Ross’s recovery and the safety of all agents. Justice served—more of this.
