The suspect has been identified by ICE as David Perez-Teofani, an illegal immigrant from Mexico who should never have been on American soil to begin with. According to records, Perez-Teofani was arrested back in January 2024 in Fairfax County, Virginia, for the aggravated sexual battery of a child under 13.
Yes, while crying “I’m not a criminal” for the cameras, this man was wanted for one of the most heinous crimes imaginable.
