Video: Sideshow Bob Picked The Wrong Grocery Store Clerk To Bother – All He Had To Do Is Use His Second Amendment Rights
The sheriff’s office says the Pensacola Beach Circle K clerk seen firing shots at a group of individuals in a viral video will not face charges.
The incident happened Sunday around 1:30 a.m. at the store on Quietwater Beach Rd.
The viral video has circulated on social media showing a cashier shooting at a group of males as they leave the store following an argument.
The Facebook post says there were as many as five people involved in the disturbance who walking in and out of the store threatening the clerk. The video shows other patrons taking cover between the aisles to avoid the incident. Eventually, the clerk grabbed a handgun, walked from around the corner, walked outside and fired two rounds.
Video below:
Escambia County Sheriff Chip Simmons released a statement on Tuesday saying the clerk will not face charges in the incident.
Based on that video review and information gathered at the scene, we will not be bringing charges against the clerk at this time. As many as five individuals were involved in a disturbance and continued walking in and out of the store, threatening the clerk. The clerk ultimately retrieved a handgun, walked outside the store, and fired two rounds. The individuals involved chose not to press charges, and there is nothing to discount the clerk’s statement regarding what the five individuals were doing at the time he fired. He felt threatened by the collective actions both inside and outside of the store. It just doesn’t seem right to me to make the clerk a felon based upon these circumstances.

Good going. The clerk was right to do what he did. It’s called deterrence. Word will get around about his actions…and pushed further (in the future) he might do more damage.
I’m only surprised he waited as long as he did! those thugs were just provoking him into a reaction, perhaps as others waited outside to loot the store…
Unfortunately what will happen, is the project roach will get some of it’s buddies, go in armed and then end up on death row.
The problem is you will get a 166er loving DA who will push it anyways for political points.
should have killt the roaches
Then you have all those stupid whyte mud sharks, oh my, what did he do that foar???
They are just as much a part of the problem, especially when you let them near an election booth.
Need to see more action like this against the slimy pavement apes.
LAST SUMMER, WEEKS OLD VIDEO!
