BREAKING: TRUMP JUST STEPPED IN TO PROTECT CONFEDERATE MONUMENTS – LOOK HOW HE STOOD UP TO THE DEMOCRATS

History defines who we are…as a nation…love it, hate it…but learn from it.
Snowflakes have no reason to speak out about Confederate monuments.

Nowadays, more and more liberal snowflakes are recording meltdown videos of the things they are not satisfied with and see as a good idea to post them for the world to see. However, by doing this they are certainly not doing themselves any favors.

They became even more aggressive and started to destroy Confederate monuments!

This is why Trump stepped in and save the day because we have to preserve our history!

VIA Daily Caller

The Interior Department won’t be removing monuments to Confederate soldiers at national battlefields that are “an important part of our country’s history,” according to a spokesman.

“The National Park Service is committed to safeguarding these memorials while simultaneously educating visitors holistically and objectively about the actions, motivations and causes of the soldiers and states they commemorate,” spokesman Jeremy Barnum told E&E News.

National Park statements come after a woman was killed counter-protesting a white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Va. The city voted to remove a statue of Confederate General Robert E. Lee.

A man driving a Dodge Challenger drove into a crowd of counter protesters, killing one and injuring 19 others. That man, 20-year-old James Alex Fields, has been charged with second-degree murder.

The incident has only spurred the movement to remove Confederate monuments and rename schools, buildings and highways that had been named after Confederate politicians and generals.

President Donald Trump stoked the controversy even more by not explicitly calling out white supremacist groups in his initial condemnation of Saturday’s violent clash. Trump issued a more forceful follow-up statement, but got into a fight with reporters at a news conference Tuesday.

“George Washington as a slave owner,” Trump said. “So will George Washington now lose his status? Are we going to take down statues to George Washington? How about Thomas Jefferson?”

“Are we going to take down his statue because he was a major slave owner. Are we going to take down his statue?” Trump said

Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke said he supports Trump “in uniting our communities and prosecuting the criminals to the fullest extent of the law.”

“The racism, bigotry and hate perpetrated by violent white supremacist groups has no place in America,” Zinke told E&E News. “It does not represent what I spent 23 years defending in the United States military and what millions of people around the globe have died for. We must respond to hate with love, unity and justice.”

The National Park Service maintains numerous monuments to Confederate soldiers at battlefield sites across the country.

For example, Gettysburg, Penn., has 12 monuments to Confederate soldiers. The Battle of Antietam, which took place near Sharpsburg, Md., in 1862, has six Confederate monuments.

A Gettysburg National Military Park spokeswoman told The Evening Sun Wednesday they were not removing Confederate monuments to those who fought at the Battle of Gettysburg in 1863.

“These memorials, erected predominantly in the early and mid-20th century, are an important part of the cultural landscape,” Katie Lawhon said.

Zinke told reporters in July that battlefield monuments were worth preserving for their historical value.

“Don’t rewrite history,” Zinke said Antietam National Battlefield. “Understand it for what it is and teach our kids the importance of looking at our magnificent history as a country and why we are what we are.”

The current monuments throughout the country of both the union and confederacy lay out an important time in history for our great nation, it provides the stories and time line of what took place and why we separated as a nation.

It also reminds us of the sacrifices all Americans made, and it brings to life the African American heroes of the civil war such as John Lawson, Robert Caillox, Robert Smalls, William H Carney, Aron Anderson who was given the Medal of Honor, Powhatan Beaty, Alexander Thomas Augusta, Miles James and let’s not forget Harriot Tubman, is it really a good idea to erase our nations history, if we do it’s only a matter of time before great men and woman I mentioned will be forgotten.

How many of us really heard of these people, when I was a kid my mother insisted on visiting Civil War Historical places on family vacations so we would learn of the struggles our growing nation went through.

Do you support Trump in his intention to protect our history?

People have this bad habit of judging the past using today’s standards. Everything evolves. Remember reading about the Salem Witch Trials or the time where women and people of color could not vote ? Women were not allowed to even own property. Everything evolves. These Confederate monuments aren’t celebrating anything. They represent the teenage son who went to fight an invading army. They didn’t own slaves, they couldn’t even afford shoes. His mother went to her grave not knowing where her boy fell, never knowing where he died or even if he was buried. This monuments, like the one in Durham, NC may be the only grave marker or memorial these boys have. The United Daughters of the Confederacy broke their backs raising funds to place these monuments in the hometowns where these soldiers lived almost 100 years ago. What would our grandmother’s think of us now ?

President Trump is right on the money with the decision, and the justification for it as well. It saddens me to know that many people will be against this decision because they are against him. The enemies of our nation are trying to destroy us from within and I’m grateful for Mr Trump working to protect all of us.

I support Donald Trump’s Decision to preserve our history. Pretty certain that everyone’s countries had bad history and good history. There is nothing gained by removing these statues and monuments. There is only history lost and when we lose our history, we lose ourselves. We lose our past and lose our independence because without history, we won’t learn from our mistakes. The mistakes our past made would be repeated in today’s world. You can’t really reverse the past. You can learn more from the past just by reminding yourself that we endured struggles to make this country great and where we are now. If we didn’t have the past, then we can’t learn and then we would repeat it. History repeats itself.

Because sadly our schools are not doing a good job of teaching History, World or American, I think most of these people do not understand Slavery has existed since the beginning of time, it did not start with America. Indeed, it is alive and well in other countries today. If I thought taking All Monuments to anyone who held slaves would make things better and more peaceful in America I will be all for removing them, but it is sheer delusion to think it will, mainly because the people in our country who are invested heavily in Identity Politics will not let it! God Bless Us All!

I support every country that have monumental histories. It is part of how that country came to being and it has to be respected. It is comparable to a family tree. You just did not pop out from nowhere. But whatever good or bad your family lineage has gone through it is a part of your family history. It is good to know where you came from. Never seen my Mom from the day I was born, my Dad is dead already but when he was alive he never shared anything about my mother, part of my history is missing. I long for that part of my history.

Why do a few feel privileged to speak for all? They don’t speak for me! Our American history is of great value, it encourages us to go forward, honestly and justly with regards to our Constitution, our laws and care for those around us. Display of monuments reminds of the perseverance and final victories of our ancestors and freedoms we enjoy! I am so thankful for our President!

The removing of statues and defacing monuments is a travesty. Millions of people visit these places every year. They are beautiful and create a sense of peace and love for our ancestors. I hope these mayors and governors stop this Willy Billy attitude and buck up. Trump is not our enemy. The Democrats are the racists and trouble makers. Remember they were the salve owners and fought against freeing the slices. Every country in the world has enslaved conquered people to do their work and buildings. It’s the human race to conquer and beat down another fracture of the human race. We all are afflicted.

I support Trump all the way. If we take down one section of statues, then take them all down. Need to save our history. For people that don’t learn from the past are doomed to repeat it. An we are starting to repeat the past. What do you think the civil war started with two groups of people clashing all over the country for years that led to the countries split. Now look at us we have three or four groups clashing. I believe it’s to late for us, war is coming it will not be a two sided. It will be like four side at least. We are like in the 1850s pre war. Where groups are clashing. Hatred is high on both sides. We need these statues to remember what we been through.

Is the US going to revise and change its history and print fake history books like the false news?
Are the extreme left going Taliban and ISIS paths in destroying historic monuments.
how long are the people going to suffer vandalism from people who do not have any respect for the history or culture of the USA?
The Federal government has a duty to preserve and protect their precious history, for future generations
Have the americans not paid enough in blood to unite the country and abolish slavery.
600000 thousand americans died in a struggle to free the slaves and give them freedom.
Americans are proud of the achievements of their African Americans. This BLM and Antifa are trying to start a race war. They will not succeed because decency and common sense will prevail.
Perhaps it would be better to have water cannons as a guarantee that free speech is safeguarded at peaceful demonstrations. The US cannot allow thugs to rampage through the country with their evil philosophy.
Bless and protect Donald Trump from the people who through hate are hoping for an assassination.
Therefor it is vital to find out who is financing this mob before they succeed in their evil plans.

History is just that! We can’t, as hard as we may try change it. But if we are to take this to it’s logical conclusion let’s see what we may be running into. The pyramids were built by slaves, are we to believe some crazy ignorant leftists are going to try to have them removed? In fact just about everything that was built by kings and tyrants were built by slaves. And if we are to go more recent, what about all those Mexicans that are being brought into this country? Some are being sold into prostitution, and sweat shops. This has been going on for years. Slavery itself is still going on in many countries, Africa not to be left out. I don’t hear Sharpton and his crew yelling about that. People like him are in this for themselves, no one else. They get their face on the evening news and their face plastered all over the TV and newspaper. It is a business for them nothing more. HIstory is history is history! It’s worldwide ther were good times and bad times take it for what it was and learn from it, don’t try to hide it. The people behind this are the very people that are trying to destroy it. They are using the very same tactics that Hitler used. Are we at the end of our ride? Is the greatest country in the world going to fall to these fantastics? I just hope the majority of us open our eyes and stop this before it goes too far.

This is a nation of freedom. You have the freedom to express yourself. You do not have the right to destroy what you do not agree with. You do not have the right to destroy because it offends you. You do not have the right to hurt others because they offend you. You have no rights in regard to offended. But by this you are stomping on so many rights that we all have which begin with freedom of speech whether you agree or not. We have the right. We have the right to bare arms whether you own a gun or not it is a right. We have many rights that the current MOB rule is offended by. We are not ruled by mobs we are a Republic that is ruled by Law and order. Not by mobs that are offended. We have elected Mr. Trump to represent us and if you do not like this send more to vote. We vote in this country. We do not use mobs.

I disagree with any race to be more superior to one other, therefore African Americans should not expect them to be removed and White supremacist should not exhibit force for them to remain. With my white black comment, I beleive and expect them to stay standing untouch and it should be a crime to vandalize them.

I’m damn sick and tired of watching lawlessness on tv, day after day, and never seeing those in authority step in and stop it. The country is in dire straights…the people who know right from wrong have been too quiet, too passive for way too long in the face of obvious evil…..and allowed the ‘snowflakes’ way too much leeway. Thank God for Trump! But he needs the rest of us to speak out, also.
