Reporter Asked Trump About Hurricane…His Perfect Seven Words Response Is The Reason The Whole Nation Loves Him
It is very obvious our President and First Lady are sincerely concerned for Americans who are suffering from these terrible storms!! Their support and efforts to help are unprecedented!!!
Speaking to the media about the federal government’s response to Hurricane Irma next to First lady Melania Trump, President Trump told reporters at the White House that he is very proud of the job that the US Coast Gaurd has done during the storm! He also added that he plans to go see the damage “very soon.”
But, when a reporter asked him about the cost of the Hurricane, Trump gave her the perfect response.
He said: “Right now, we are worried about lives, not cost”
“I think it’s been going really well,” Trump added. “I mean the bad news is this is some big monster, but I think we’re really well-coordinated.”
He also said the U.S. Coast Guard had been heroic and that the Federal Emergency Management Agency was doing a good job to help coordinate the response with states. He added, however: “I think the hard part is now beginning.”
President Trump is the most prepared and amazing president ever!!! He works for the people and not for the crooked government!! However, it is a pity the press are worried about the cost, in dollars instead of lives!
On Sunday, Trump also issued a disaster declaration for the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico, and expanded federal funds available to the U.S. Virgin Islands in the aftermath of Irma.
I am so proud of President Trump. He knows the value of money and the value of lives. He means it when he says “All lives matter.”
Thanks to God, we have a President that is proud of our country and not afraid to show it. We need this after the damage done by previous administration.
Lives not money!!! God bless President Trump & Melania Trump! Let’s keep Florida in our thoughts and prayers as they brave this huge storm.
