Sounds to me like Berkeley is full of fascists that are afraid to hear or listen to a different point of view.
One liberal protester was arrested at the right-meets-left protest at UC Berkeley on Thursday after he refused to remove his mask.
But, later on, the protester sang a very different tune after police put him in handcuffs.
The problem began when the university police officers warned another protester with a sign that said, “The issue is not free speech, the issue is fascism,” that his sign violated a campus ordinance against carrying signs larger than 30 inches by 30 inches.
But then the second man, wearing a surgical mask, refused to remove it, identify himself or submit to a photograph.
“I feel like I’m being criminalized,” he said.
He said that the mask was due to a sore throat and subsequently declined to provide identification, saying he had left he had left his wallet and identification at home.
The man continued to disobey police officer’s orders and he told the officers: “I plead the fifth” to which the officer replied: “That’s not applicable here.”
“Why is that not applicable?” said the masked man. The cop then informed him that the Fifth Amendment only applies in court.

Someone tell this man that pleading the 5th only works for Obama’s criminal administration… These liberal idiots just don’t get it, they are being used!
A UC Berkeley police spokesman said the man was arrested for obstructing officers, wearing a mask to evade police and giving false identification. But, eventually, police got tired of the charade and got the handcuffs out. It was at that point that the protester decided to take off his mask.
You don’t really stand up for something when you hide behind a mask. Just want to try to physically intimidate those that have a different viewpoint.
These people need to be stopped…if you have to hide your face and you don’t have ID with you, you know you are breaking the law. If you protest peacefully and really believe that you are doing what it is right, there’s no need to hide. After all, crowds of masked people are called TERRORIST.
