Most known fact is that all judges appointed by Obama need to be removed from their positions. Most obviously are not qualified to hold their positions, they were appointed to aid Obama in his effort to change America into a third world nation.
Speaking at the Heritage Foundation on Thursday, U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions slammed activist judges who blocked Trump’s policies.
Sessions said: “This is especially problematic when district courts take the dramatic step of issuing activist nationwide injunctions — orders that block the entire United States government from enforcing a statute or a presidential policy nationwide.”
Sessions said he feels “strongly” about judges acting strictly “because of a political agreement.”
“Today, more and more judges are issuing nationwide injunctions and in effect single judges … are making themselves super-legislators for the entire United States,” he said. “A single judge’s decision that can enjoin the entire federal government from acting is an extreme step, and too often, district court judges are doing it without following the law.”
Sessions added: “The Constitution gives judges no right to veto a president’s actions because they disagree with him on policy grounds.”
“We have nearly 600 federal district judges in the United States—each with the ability to issue one of these overreaching nationwide orders.”
Sessions singled out Nicholas Garaufis, who said Trump’s order on DACA was “heartless,” rather than discuss the legality of the order.
He said: “Rather than address that question, the court said the government ‘can’t come into court to espouse a position that is heartless. ‘ He didn’t say it was unlawful. He said, ‘I don’t like your policy.’ A judge’s comments on policy like this is offensive, and it’s disrespectful of the legislative and executive branches and to the fine attorneys in the Department of Justice.”
Finally, someone is looking into this. I agree with AG Sessions. Many judges are out of control. These judges are doing a great injustice to our Constitution and to the American people. Law is law follow the law or be disbarred!
These judges need to follow the rules and laws of the United States, doesn’t matter what their personal feelings are.
In the end, it comes down to the rule of law and the constitution. Judges have no power to change or block executive orders that are within the law and adhere to the Constitution.
