EXPENSIVE CHRISTMAS VACATION! Barack and Michelle Were Spending Our Tax Dollars On His Lavish Vacations!

Barack and Michelle Obama are still on their annual 17 days, multi-million dollar vacation in Hawaii, which is funded by our tax dollars.

Even though millions of Americans are struggling just to put food on the table, the Obamas are continuing to spend our tax dollars on their lavish vacation without a care in the world. US News reported that the first couple dined out with friends last night at Alan Wong’s Restaurant, one of the most expensive restaurants in Honolulu.

This came after Obama spent hours on Monday golfing with friends Bobby Titcomb, Mike Ramos, and Greg Orme at Mid Pacific Country Club in the windward Oahu neighborhood of Lanikai.

Obama has chosen to spend every Christmas away from the White House despite the fact that it means his entire staff must be away from their own families on Christmas. His predecessor George W. Bush was far more mindful of this, as he spent every Christmas in the White House so that his entourage could be with their families.

Here’s the thing: In December, we never left Washington, D.C., until the day after Christmas,” journalist Joseph Curl wrote for the Washington Times. “Never. Mr. Bush and his wife, Laura, would always depart the White House a few days before the holiday and hunker down at Camp David, the presidential retreat in Maryland.”

After a few years of this, Curl finally asked a member of Bush’s administration why the president chose to spend Christmas in the White House.

“I still remember what she said,” Curl wrote. “’So all of us can be with our families on Christmas.’”

“Who was ‘us’?” Curl asks in his writing. “Hundreds and hundreds of people, that’s who. Sure, the reporters who covered the president, but also dozens and dozens of his staff, 100 Secret Service agents, maybe more, and all of those city cops required whenever the president’s on the move in D.C.”
