Cerebral Palsy is a blanket term commonly referred to as “CP” and described by loss or impairment of motor function, Cerebral Palsy is actually caused by brain damage. The brain damage is caused by brain injury or abnormal development of the brain that occurs while a child’s brain is still developing — before birth, during birth, or immediately after birth. Cerebral Palsy affects body movement, muscle control, muscle coordination, muscle tone, reflex, posture, and balance. It can also impact fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and oral motor functioning.
West Chester, Pennsylvania – Police has arrested a man after he mocked and then assaulted a man with cerebral palsy as he walked out of a convenience store. Barry Baker, a 29-year-old man, has been arrested and charged with simple assault as a result of the incident and is also facing related charges. The incident occurred outside the 7-Eleven store at 200 S. High St. at 2:30 a.m. on May 10.

According to Fox 29, the 22-year-old victim pulled into that parking lot and parked his car. The victim entered the store and surveillance footage from inside the store shows Baker mocking how the disabled man walked. The victim walked outside, and Baker followed him, continuing to mock him.
The victim stopped and stood in front of his car, when authorities say Baker punched the victim directly in the face, without warning.
“This defendant is a bully. Every decent citizen should be outraged by the defendant’s conduct. The victim is to be commended for keeping his cool and notifying the police,” D.A. Tom Hogan said.
Bail was set and posted at 10% of $25,000, and a preliminary hearing was scheduled for May 30, 2017.

This makes me want to vomit. I’ll never understand how people can be so evil, breaks my heart. The perpetrator is a piece of human garbage.
People just walk by. I can promise you I wouldn’t have been one of those people. Character wise I couldn’t watch that and do nothing. He would have been on the ground and the police for that jurisdiction would be on there way to transport him straight to jail.
There is a special place in hell for people like him!
