BREAKING: Lemon Faces 241 Conspiracy & FACE Act Federal Charges – Terrorizing Christians Just Cost Him Everything. FAFO

Don Lemon’s legal nightmare has reached its inevitable conclusion. The former CNN anchor has been federally charged with two serious counts stemming from his role in the anti-ICE church storming in Minneapolis that disrupted a Christian service and harassed the pastor:

– 18 U.S.C. § 241 – Conspiracy to Deprive Rights
– 18 U.S.C. § 248 – Violation of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act

These charges are the direct result of Lemon embedding with the mob, filming the invasion, and interrogating worshippers while knowing the plan was to “catch people off guard.” The FACE Act specifically protects religious worship from interference by force, threat, or intimidation—exactly what happened when the group barged in, shouted down the pastor, and turned a house of worship into a political battlefield.

**18 U.S.C. § 241 – Conspiracy to Deprive Rights** carries up to 10 years in federal prison if the conspiracy involves injury or threats. If death results (not the case here), it can go to life or even the death penalty. Lemon faces a potential 10-year sentence on this count alone.

**18 U.S.C. § 248 – FACE Act violation** carries up to 1 year in prison and fines for the first offense, but escalates significantly for repeat offenses or when force is involved. With conspiracy stacked on top, prosecutors can push for consecutive sentencing.

In total, Lemon is staring at a combined maximum of **11 years** in federal prison if convicted on both counts and sentenced to the upper limits. Federal sentencing guidelines often recommend significant time for conspiracy and religious interference, especially when public officials or high-profile figures are involved. Even with a plea deal, he’s looking at multiple years behind bars—far more than most people realize when they hear “journalism.”

Lemon’s attorney Abbe Lowell has already tried spinning this as “constitutionally protected work,” claiming Lemon was simply “shining light on the truth.” But embedding with radicals who stormed a church, harassing Christians, and filming the disruption isn’t journalism—it’s complicity. The DOJ under Pam Bondi isn’t buying it. Two others—Nekima Levy Armstrong and Chauntyll Louisa Allen—were arrested earlier, and Bondi promised “more to come.” Lemon is the big fish, and the charges reflect the gravity of his actions.

The left’s “resistance” playbook—storm churches, block ICE, assault agents, then cry victim—is collapsing. Lemon thought he could hide behind “free press” while aiding radicals who turned a house of worship into a battlefield. The federal grand jury in Minneapolis, the same city where the crime occurred, didn’t agree. They indicted him, and the FACE Act charges alone could send him away for years.

This is accountability—finally. Terrorizing Christians was a severe mistake, Lemon. FAFO. He’s not walking free. He’s going to prison, and the left’s outrage machine can’t stop it.

You have to blame our messed up justice system. Not only did the perpetrators think nothing would happen to them, but one of them thumbed his nose at Bondi.
I must thank him for making Bondi actually do something.

‘Journalists’ can’t ’embed’ with bank robbers, also.

Let’s not jump the gun. Remember this is Pam Bondi’s DOJ. Don’t get me wrong, this is progress. But this looks like a smoke screen to distract from the Minneapolis insurrection, which is a distraction for the Minneapolis Somali fraud, which is where the big fish fry is. Waltz, Omar and many other state officials need to be in cuffs already and Lemon should be joining them at this point. Cut the head of the snake off rather than the tail, and the body goes limp.
