The primaries are over and Hillary Clinton is the presumptive Democratic nominee, but Bernie Sanders isn’t ending his presidential campaign just yet.He announced that He’s An independent Again. The Vermont senator argued that the “political revolution” he tried to mobilize during the primaries has to remain engaged and active, he stated that he might not be a democratic nominee but without conceding to Clinton he might just be in the race. Is there a secret plan? Probably and it is called The Progressive Voting Bloc. A PIP petition is “asking the Green Party of the United States, the Democratic Socialists of America, the Progressive Democrats of America, and the Sanders campaign and supporters to join forces to create a unified voting block to propel Bernie Sanders into the White House and to create the largest progressive voting bloc the United States have ever seen.” Is Sanders interested in this well if you look at the video below Bernie and his view on the status of the revolution you will see that he never mentioned Hillary in almost two hours and it sounds like he is running against Trump! With Jill Stein also mentioning this idea in many interviews, she is openly courting the idea of a bipartisan unity ticket., and with the Green Party of the United States convention which will be held in Houston, Texas,August 4-7 there are reports that this could become a reality!
Americans have, for decades, sought out alternative measures to voting for a Democrat or a Republican in local, state, and national elections. This has certainly been an effective strategy in many cases. Hell, look at Bernie Sanders. He’s a lifelong Independent who is now beating Hillary Clinton in national polls while running as a Democrat. Because he had to. Running Dem was the only way he could even debate or get on the ballot in more states than you would think. But with the largest progressive voting block behind Bernie, he will be in more states than we could imagine!
Sanders’ campaign and volunteers have arguably built one of the largest and most effective grassroots progressive organizations in recent history. How exactly to capitalize on the energy surrounding the campaign and mobilize the social media community remains the million-dollar question for groups hoping to push Sanders’ policy platforms during the next administration. This voting bloc would be the perfect solution for every Bernie Sanders supporter since the political platform of Bernie and other parties in this voting bloc is more similar than we can imagine. From our recent poll on this topic, we can see that more and more people will support this idea. Given the facts in this article if you agree with this idea share this on Facebook and Twitter so that more supporters can see it and vote on a link below this article.#TherevolutionLivesOn!
