16 Illegals Sue Hardworking Arizona Rancher For This Stupid Reason!!!
So-called religion Islam allows its followers to be offended but also allows them to kill thousands of Coptic Christians (behead), with no qualms whatsoever for theirs. However, it is now perfectly clear that people that are coming to America of their own free will, sure complain a lot.
Rancher Roger Barnett who lives on the Mexican-American border owns the Cross Rail Ranch in a small town called Douglas in southern Arizona. Since 1998, after some illegal immigrations had destroyed rancher Barnett’s property, he has been working for nearly a decade to stop illegal immigrants from crossing the border on his property. Unfortunately, not everybody agrees with Barnett’s decision.
Back on March 7, 2004, Barnett found a large group of illegal aliens crossing the border on his property. When he came across them he held them at gunpoint and immediately called the authorities and waited for Border Patrol to show up.
But, this didn’t end well for Barnett. To be more clear, approximately sixteen Mexican citizens sued him for allegedly conspiring to violate their civil rights. Immigrants felt angry and took him to court because he protected himself and his property by pulling a gun on them on his ranch when they tried illegally crossing the border.
After these, immigrants, five women and 11 men sneaked illegally in America, they sued is being represented by attorneys for the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund, known as MALDEF. A liberal organization that takes on a class action like suits such as these ones. The allegations were based on a March 7, 2004, incident in which Mr. Barnett approached a group of illegal immigrants while he patrolled his ranch carrying a gun and accompanied by his dog.
“Mr. Barnett’s attorney, David T. Hardy, had argued that illegal immigrants did not have the same rights as U.S. citizens.”
He also added that Barnett cannot be sued and charged for protecting his own property because that is perfectly legal because second amendment right allows that.
Unbelievable! Defending your property and you get sued!? These illegals are not US CITIZENS – they don’t have a right to come on his property. These people were trespassing. Key Element here is they were ILLEGALLY ENTERING the United States when they trespassed. He called the proper authorities. Defending his home, his family, his land. The rancher is a law abiding American citizen has been victimized by illegals in the past. They knew they were taking a chance when they started crossing.

They don’t want me on the jury. I would find the rancher not guilty. I would find the illegals guilty of traspassing and have them put in jail. This is ridiculous. The papers, if this is true, should not even have been filed in court. The Feds need to do something to stop illegal law suits like this.
There will be a stupid judge and a stupid lawyer who will tie up our courts with tax payer dollars, for these non American, illegal, broke our law, aliens. They deserve nothing but a free ride to South America and I’ll help pay for their tickets. In this country, we have the right to protect our land and our family.

They are illegal immigrants, and should be prosecuted for coming into the USA without going through the proper channels. The rancher should be cleared of any wrong doing, and all court cost should be paid by the illegal immigrants.
